- Why should I use a travel agent for my vacation?
- A travel agent is there for your convenience and peace of mind for your vacation! Sometimes the logistics of a vacation can be overwhelming, but using a travel agent can simplify all that so you can focus on enjoying your vacation. Plus, a travel agent can keep you up to date with the latest news for your travel destination.
- What does it cost to have my vacation planned?
- Every service from beginning to end is 100% free! You will NEVER be asked to pay me directly. Any arrangements for payments are purely towards your vacation.
- Everything is free? How is that possible? Don't you have to get paid?
- My services are compensated via commission from the vendor.
- If you are getting paid commission, does that mean you will be pushing for us to spend more?
- I am a firm believer that no one should go on vacation in debt or come back in debt from vacation. Therefore, I will NEVER push a client past what they are comfortable spending. I may throw in a suggestion to add to the vacation if I find something the client might like, but it will be an option for the client and it will go no further.
- What happens if something comes up and I have to cancel my vacation?
- I have a "no questions asked" policy when it comes to cancellations for services. Life happens and people are allowed to change their mind for whatever reasons. Simply send me an email requesting to cancel. Any financial refunds and handling of funds will follow the regulations of the vendor for the vacation.
- I already booked a vacation but I want you to manage it! Is that possible to transfer it to you?
- Depending on how long ago the trip was booked, it is possible! Each vendor will be different in terms of that gap. Worst case, we can cancel the original vacation and rebook to count towards me being able to manage it.
- Are you a Disney Travel Agent?
- I am not employed by Disney, therefore I cannot call myself a Disney Travel Agent. I am an independent travel agent who specializes in Disney vacation planning through Best Day Ever Vacations.
- Do we get special discounts if we book through you?
- As a travel agent, I do not receive special discounts or codes for client use. What I find online will be the same cost anyone can find on their own through the vendor. There may be rare occurrences where I offer discounts or promotions, but those will occur from my own cost.
- Can you help me find flights or other travel needs aside from the vacation location?
- Absolutely! I would love to assist!
- How do I pay for my vacation?
- If you choose to book through me, I will send you an email through Travefy that contains a Credit Card Authorization Form. This form will be sent to you for every transaction. This is a secure, encrypted form to protect your card information. You will always get a copy of the transaction from Travefy for your records. If you do not feel comfortable using this, we can discuss what works best!
- For my Disney vacation, can I use Disney Reward Dollars or gift cards to help pay for my trip?
- You absolutely can! Just let me know when you're ready to use them and we can apply those!
- In what ways do you do communication?
- My primary means of contact will be email. This gives both myself and the client a written confirmation of our records. I do also text, call, and video call if requested.
- Do I have to be going on a certain vacation to use your services?
- Whether it is your first or twentieth time, I am happy to help plan with all levels of experience!
- Are you going to be travel planning outside of Disney?
- I just added Universal Studios to my planning capability! Next will probably be a cruise line. :)
